About Carem

Carem Love is a wellness advocate, professional dancer, and certified yoga instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Dance. She has extensive training in Bellydance, a deep passion for Latin dance, and is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Children’s Yoga.

Yoga has profoundly supported her health, well-being, and dance career, inspiring her to help others experience the same body-mind benefits. In her classes, students strengthen their bodies, improve posture, mobility, balance and flexibility and learn to connect more deeply with themselves.
