Cuban Salsa Intermediate Workshop

Designed for dancers who already know the fundamentals, this special 90-minute cuban salsa workshop will move beyond basic steps to focus on complex partner work patterns, advanced body styling, dynamic musicality, and the authentic flow of Cuban Casino.

Prerequisites
To ensure a fluid, fast-paced learning environment, this is an Intermediate level workshop.
- Requirement: You must have completed a Beginner Cuban Salsa course or have a solid grasp of beginner fundamentals (including basic footwork, timing, standard left/right turns, and fundamental partner connection).
What We Will Cover
- Advanced Partnerwork: Intricate Cuban Casino patterns, seamless transitions, and directional changes.
- Styling & Body Movement: Incorporating authentic Cuban body isolation and natural expression into your dancing.
- Musicality & Connection: Refining lead/follow mechanics to hit musical breaks and accents naturally.
- Intensive Structure: We will kick off with a quick body isolation warm-up and advanced footwork exercises before diving straight into partnerwork technique and practical, social-ready combinations.

- Shoe Policy: No floor-marking shoe soles allowed on the dance floor.
