ADULTS

At Salsa Dance Marin Studio, we love to capture the vibrant energy and joy of our dance community! We believe that showcasing our students and the fun we have helps us share the magic of salsa with even more people.

By participating in classes, workshops, or events at Salsa Dance Marin Studio, you grant us and our authorized representatives permission to use photographs and videos taken during these activities. This includes, but is not limited to, images and recordings of you. These media may be used for a variety of promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media channels (like Facebook, Instagram, and our website), in marketing materials, advertisements, and other publications, both online and in print.

This permission is granted without further compensation or notification to you.

KIDS

To protect the privacy of our younger dancers, we want to be clear about our policy regarding children:

• During regular classes and workshops, we will not photograph children directly.
• We may, however, take video footage that features our teachers and includes children in the background, ensuring that children’s faces are not visible. This helps us capture the overall class atmosphere without compromising their privacy.

For any performances (if applicable), we will obtain a separate and specific release agreement from each parent or guardian before their child is photographed or video-recorded.
